SUMMARY: We are looking for a Release Train Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. We need someone onsite day 1 as we are in the office 3 days/week. Former experience with banking and financial services background is a must. We are looking for full time/salaried employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and facilitate ART events including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect and Adapt sessions.

Ensure alignment across teams to meet delivery objectives.

Act as a mentor for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on Agile practices.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and commitment to excellence. -

Manage the overall program backlog, prioritizing features and enablers to ensure effective delivery.

Track progress and metrics, reporting on program performance to stakeholders.

Identify potential risks and dependencies across teams, facilitating their resolution.

Work proactively to mitigate risks that may impact outcomes.

Promote and implement processes that enhance quality and efficiency in delivery. Facilitate regular retrospectives and post-mortems to foster learning.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.

Ensure that stakeholders are updated on project statuses, concerns, and achievements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration).

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in an Agile environment, preferably as a Release Train Engineer or similar role.

Previous background in Banking and Financial Services sector

Proven experience leading complex projects in a dynamic setting.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, or similar).

SAFe RTE certification or equivalent (preferred)

Experience working in a leadership capacity on a Scaled Agile framework.
