Job Description Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) within our client's GIS program. The program is designed to serve the demand of all internal GIS data consumer needs through horizontally scalable central data services. The RTE will be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of value through the ART, facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning, fostering Agile practices and mindset, and coaching leaders and teams. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a similar role, a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, and excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
