Leads customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projects. Manages corporate, customer and third party vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement solutions to customer problems. Responsible for business as well as team management. 

Job Qualifications: 
First Level University degree.

5 years experience in project management or in like roles/businesses. 
Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key client services operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management. 
Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods. 
Makes use of and contributes to client's PM Professions community. 
PMP Certified desired. 

Job Specific Skills/Special Functions: 
Works on complex projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. 
Delivers projects affecting multiple client divisions. 
Coordinates and integrates the work efforts and deliverables of a very large multi-function, multivendor project team. 
Project spans multiple regions 
Manages projects with aggressive but achievable client deadlines. 
Responsibilities: 
Manages customer project delivery. 
o Revenue as detailed in Impact section. 
o Very large/ complex/ single or multiple region. 
o High risk 
o High complexity legal and commercial issues. 
Manages project financials including P&L. 
o Meets or exceeds approved budgets. 
* Provides reliable financial forecasts to management. 
Identifies and develops new opportunities with client. 
o Supports early qualification and opportunity assessment for large and complex opportunities. 
o Acts as opportunity manager for high risk deals. 
Manages client relationships. 
o Manages upper level client delivery relationships. 
o Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. 
Manages project team. 
o Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size less up to 40 people. 
o Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members. 
o Provides detail performance review input and development recommendations for team members.
