Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Release Manager. Responsibilities: * Release Manager will serve as primary point of contact for release management and implementation of third-party vendor solutions * Facilitate workshops with agency subject matter experts (SMEs) and vendors to gather and document detailed business requirements * Represent in third party vendor discussions regarding system changes * Liaise with third party vendors and agency SMEs to support implementation, testing, triage and issue resolution * Identify, triage and solves project issues and perform Go-live readiness assessments * As a Release Manager, you will work with the internal and external implementation leads to address project issues and mitigate risk * Develop and maintain an integrated implementation schedule with goals, milestones and all aspects of SDLC * Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills * May oversee business analysts assigned to projects
