Our client is searching for a Relationship Manager to be based at their Johannesburg Offices The ideal candidate would be one who has a proven track record in managing client relationships and one who has a strong understanding of clothing manufacturing process and fabrics
Duties and Responsibilities
To hold and manage all client relationships from the time that the designer hands over the relationship
To manage every list in Project Management System relating to each client order updating Project Management System following up with suppliers and liaising with the Production Consultant on delivery dates
To effectively troubleshoot all client issues
To drive the completion of each client order taking personal responsibility in ensuring that orders are completed and completed correctly
To be the client contact for all nonsales related matters
To meet with clients regarding quality and or service related issues
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in the clothing industry
Must have a very thorough understanding of clothing manufacturing process and fabrics
Must have proven experience in managing relationships with big clients
Must be comfortable to meet with senior clients
Must be willing to play a 2IC role to the directors of the company
Must be very assertive and be willing to be a strong personality within the company
Must have strong project management skills
Must be willing to travel
Must be exceptionally client centric in their approach
Must be able to work well in a team and drive those around them
Must be able to hit the ground running with limited supervision
Salary Market related
