NJ license in physical, occupational, or speech-language pathology required.
Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $95,000 + annual bonus

Consistently and appropriately responding to the needs and concerns of residents, families, staff, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.Working with the interdisciplinary team to achieve the highest functional level of all customers and promote coordinated, efficient care with a customer service focusFollowing Medicare, state/federal regulations, and company policies and procedures for all business lines. Ensuring departmental understanding and compliance in documentation, billing reimbursement, resident rights, customer service, and compliance, and other requirements as defined in the respective regulationsProvide therapy duties in all settings across the continuum of care, as needed.Ensure that the patient’s plan of care is communicated to the resident, family, physician, and/or therapy assistants as appropriatePartner with the rehab manager to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and outreach program to facilitate the growth of rehabilitation services across the continuum of care.Audit therapy documentation for compliance as directed in the company compliance plan and assigned by Rehabilitation Manager.Provide input into performance appraisals as requested by the Rehabilitation Manager and/or completes performance appraisals on direct reports.What you will need
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in working with the older adult population related to therapies is preferred.Maintains current CPR certificationState licensure in physical, occupational, or speech-language pathology in the state in which the department is locatedPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
