Job Description

Sia Partners is looking for a talented Management Consultant to support our Financial Services practice serving our clients with regulatory remediation initiatives. The specialist will work closely with our client’s regulatory affairs, compliance and risk and finance teams, leading cross-functional regulatory remediation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support clients with the development and execution of regulatory remediation plansStay abreast of regulatory changesCollaborate with internal and client project team members, and contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team and with client groups Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks and overall program health to Senior ManagementAnalyze program risks and identify, develop strategies to mitigate these risksContribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverablesDevelop and maintain best practices for regulatory complianceAssist in the coordination and development of client proposalsSupport practice, thought leadership, and people development

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field5 - 15 years of recent project management experience in a regulatory, compliance, risk, and/or securities-related projects requiredDeep understanding of prudential regulations and related issues affecting financial services organizations in the USStrong understanding of Banking business operations, risk, compliance, and finance functional areasStrong understanding of financial products and servicesProven ability to develop and execute project plans related to regulatory remediation activitiesProven ability to identify and analyze risks, and develop strategies to mitigate themExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated knowledge of project management principles and methodologies including agile/scrumCertifications (PMP, CAPM, Agile, etc.) welcome
