Join our team as a Regulatory Change & Communications Expert and make a meaningful impact on our Life Science business. Apply your expertise in change management and strategic communications, as well as your deep knowledge about Life Science & Healthcare industry to drive complex change initiatives and shape the future of our organization.

As the Regulatory Change & Communications Expert, you will play a pivotal role in developing, designing, and executing change strategies that foster and enhance business performance in relation to a very volatile market environment that is characterized by multiple challenges like e.g., digital transformation and emerging regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will optimize change & communication strategies, mitigate risks, and drive regulatory excellence.

 

Main responsibilities include:

Develop and drive structured change management strategies for critical regulatory transformation initiatives, such as the Chemical Strategy for Sustainability (CSS from the European Green Deal).Analyze, develop and adapt the current and future state of the critical initiatives across Life Science.Develop change management plans, communication measure, engagement activities, and enablement formats for impacted stakeholders based on a framework-oriented change impact analysisDevelop, create and provide the necessary change management resources and tools for our stakeholdersDrive the development of change management best practices, enabling the organization to apply industry standard principles and tools.

 

Who you are:

 

Graduate degree in Science, Engineering, Business Psychology, Management, Business Administration or related field.4+ years of professional experience in organizational change management, strategic change communications, or management consulting - ideally for the Life Science industry. You should have extensive experience in defining and executing complex change strategies and a solid track record in developing and implementing change and communication measures.Proficiency in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, CPCM ACMP, or ATD CHANGE), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or comparable, and profound regulatory knowledge in the Life Science business environment. Experience in process optimization and design thinking is a plus.Strong divergent thinking capabilities, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, analytical and data-driven mindset.Excellent and creative communication and storytelling skills, independence in problem-solving, and proficiency in English.
