Department Background : 
Electrification team is in charge of securing the business transition from ICE to BEV. 
The common objective is to secure a sustainable and profitable BEV Business from 2030. 
Work streams are created to secure the transition in the key areas of the company, for example: Cost, People, New Revenues, Profit, etc. 
Electrification takes on board two new challenges linked to the BEV business, like specific regulations and Circular Economy Business. 
 
Mission and Main tasks and responsibilities : 
 
Mission and main objectives: 
Secure Cross-functional regulations compliance; Lead governance and oversight of cross-functional regulations for AMIEO region;  

 
Main Missions & Tasks: 
Cross-functional Regulations governance for AMIEO: 

Structure and further improve Cross-functional regulations end-to-end governance. 

Ensure regulatory watch.  

Ensure relevant topics are collected and provided to EGA for lobbying. 

Support regulatory tracking. 

Complete initial analysis of regulations. 

Distribute roles & responsibilities and support any further functional alignment. 

Ensure all relevant stakeholders are onboard and lead to resolve unclear points or disagreements. 

Consult other functions in regulations reading and technical interpretation. 

Follow-up implementation of action plans by responsible functions. 

Background & Experience: 

Education: 
- Master's degree in one or more of the following areas: International Business Management, Business Administration, Project Management, European Union Law 
 
Experience: 
- 6-7 years of minimum professional experience in positions linked to Manufacturing / Supply Chain Management / Corporate Strategy / Regulations Management. 

- Deep knowledge in product development (R&D, Manufacturing) 
- Business awareness of product end-to-end life (Product Planning, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Distribution, Aftersales processes) 
 
Skills: 
- Customer-centric mindset  
- Active interest and in-depth knowledge in automotive industry, mobility solutions, circularity, innovation in general and regulatory landscape both in EU and other parts of world 

- Regulatory technical reading related to product regulations and initial level of legal texts reading 
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to regularly make presentations with impact to executives, challenge business stakeholders, manage upwards and empower team members from various functions 
- Ability to improve existing and create new processes to facilitate the delivery of the target in each of the functions 
- Project management expertise  

- Cross-functional mindset to lead, engage, listen in and take into account interests and complexity of various functions and teams 

- Good systemic thinking 
- Financial and business acumen 
- Good skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint/Excel) 
 
Requirements: 
- Written and oral fluency in English is a must, other language(s) are an advantage 
- Microsoft Office skills 
- Interest and in-depth knowledge in automotive industry, mobility solutions, circularity, innovation in general and regulatory landscape both in EU and other parts of world
