We’re for looking for a genuine caring and compassionate individual with a passion for hospitality that possess integrity and accountability.An individual who let’s their personality shine through and can be themselves.They feel empowered to make the best decisions for the guest to create an experience that brings them to love the and truly connect with them.They lead with inspiration supporting and encouraging their fellow employees so that they can achieve success together.You have 2 years of either adventure planning, guiding and/or administrative support experience preferably in a luxury environment.You should possess basic knowledge of Santa Fe and New Mexico and its outdoor destinations and natural wonders.Your schedule is flexible and have the ability to work weekends and holidaysWhat would my job responsibilities be?
Using your genuine and authentic personality can make a huge impression on our guests in our utilizing your knowledge and history of Santa Fe and surrounding areas and planning exceptional experiences for our guests.Creating memories, exceeding guest expectations are a passion!You are a brave problem solver in all guest and employee interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.You are master of your craft knowing that every detail and is important in all that you do in your tour and interactions with our guests bring them great memories!A committed team player whose actions show you care about your team and being successful together. You are able to react quickly to change and mutli-task to assist our entire Adventure Team when needed and keeping all adventure collateral and gear in good working condition.Welcoming guests at the Adventure Center, being available to assist other departments, working closely with Concierge and Front DeskYou let your personality shine through when communicating with guests by phone, chat and e-mailBook tours in KEY and follows up with confirmation communicationAssign guides and vehicles for tours and coordinates car assignments with the Front Drive teamResponsible for posting all tour charges to guest folios in a timely mannerHandles administrative functions relating to operating permits and complianceRecords daily statistics and record keeping pertaining to tours, accounting and commissionsHandles cash and expenses, guide reimbursements and petty cash vouchersHas fun while handling the above but also is ready to react to the unexpectedWhat will it be like working for Four Seasons?
