The Registrar, Outpatient is responsible for registering patients for outpatient services, ensuring accurate data entry, verifying insurance and demographic information, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires efficient handling of patient intake processes, communication with medical staff, and coordination with insurance companies to ensure smooth patient visits.

0-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting including patient registration, medical office scheduling, or front desk/admissions preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge of insurance verification, medical terminology, and basic healthcare billing procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently and as a team. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
