A Brief Overview:
The RN Office Nurse Triage will manage patient health concerns and symptoms via a telephone. Telephone interactions require assessment, patient education and may require crisis intervention. The RN Office Nurse Triage will enter complete notes in EMR system as needed. The RN Office Nurse is responsible for scheduling appointments, reducing patient anxiety, patient education, and reducing risk of medical complications. The RN Office Nurse Triage will assist the clinical team with patient examinations and providing routine treatments, as needed.
