DUTIES:

Provides advice & support to the Residents and their familiesMonitoring Residents and administering medication and treatmentsDocuments Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. recordsProtects Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocolsResolves Resident problems &needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategiesAssures quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of careSupervising LPNs and Nursing AssistantsMaintains Resident confidence by keeping information confidential

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a valid New York RN LicenseBasic computer skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience in LTC settingsShould be friendly and a team worker
