Duties:

Provides advice & support to the residents and their familiesMonitoring residents and administering medication and treatmentsDocuments resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. recordsProtects residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocolsResolves resident problems &needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategiesAssures quality of care by adhering to facility philosophies & standards of careSupervising LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)Maintains resident confidence by keeping information confidential

Requirements:

Should work well in a team-oriented environmentMust hold a valid RN licenseStrong computer skillsExcellent communication skillsLong term care experience is a plusFriendly and a team worker
