This PRN Registered Nurse position offers the ideal transition for nurses approaching retirement, continuing their education, or simply desire a better work/life balance; who still want to make a difference—without the long shifts, weekend demands, or hospital pace.

Your Responsibilities:Provide walk-in care for routine injuries and illnesses in an outpatient federal clinic setting.
Deliver on-the-spot emergency response, including CPR when needed.
Perform preventive health services, including immunizations and blood pressure screenings.
Rotate among multiple federal clinic sites in D.C. (with ample notice) as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Ideal Background:2+ years of hands-on clinical experience (more welcomed and valued).
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate’s, or BSN).
Current RN license and BLS certification.
Self-directed, reliable, and confident in autonomous nursing practice.
Comfortable traveling to various clinic locations across Washington, D.C. with 3 weeks' advance scheduling.
