Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking a Full Time (3x12 hour shifts/week) night shift RN for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Prior NICU RN experience is strongly desired.
Inova Alexandria Hospital (IAH) offers a newly renovated, 16-bed, Level III NICU. Newborns who are premature or have special needs are well care for around the clock in out centered NICU by specially trained, board-certified neonatologists as well as specialized nurses, respiratory therapists, physical therapists and nutritionists.

Job requirements
Certification - Basic Life Support;For Infusion Center, obtain chemo card within 3 months of hire Licensure - Licensed Registered Nurse or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse Experience - 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, 1 year of specialty RN experience if required by unitEducation:
BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 24 months of start date. BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required from American Heart Association (AHA)RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN
