The Catholic Health Home Care Field Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) will:

 

Day, Evening and Night shift available.  Assess, plan, develop and implement with the patient or responsible caregiver a comprehensive home health plan of care for nursing and identifies patient needs for other disciplines and services.  Infusion RN instructs patient or responsible caregiver in nursing care, disease management, health promotion as directed by the physician's plan of treatment and consistent with Agency regulatory and professional standards.

 

Qualifications:

Valid NYS RN License Minimum 1 year experience in Med/Surg or CHHA setting Recent Infusion experience a must Current CPR Certification

The pay for this position ranges from $48– 64.00 per hour.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
