At Mission Home Health in Salem, we're looking for a dedicated and skilled Home Health RN Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of home health nurses, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. You'll collaborate closely with our clinical team, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
About the Role
- Supervise and lead a team of home health nurses.- Oversee patient care plans and ensure their implementation.- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to the nursing team.- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Qualifications
- Current state RN license.- Minimum of 2 years of home health nursing experience.- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.- Strong clinical and assessment skills.- OASIS experience preferred.
