As a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Specialist, you’ll oversee home health aide services, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.

 

Registered Nurse Clinical Specialist Responsibilities:

Reports directly to Director of Operations Work closely with RN Case Managers to ensure our clients and employees receive BrightStar standard level of care Will work with both skilled and nonskilled cases/assignments Can provide field training/orient new employees to cases Can/will open skilled cases/assignments and maintain Field visits as needed Clinical scheduling Work closely with accounts, Hospitals, Clinics, Doctors office, etc. to accept new cases and /or obtain orders Can assist with orientation/welcome day Clinical education and skills self-assessments Will collect the notes from clinicians and submit them to accounts and file Communication with Director of Operations with any observed positive or negative in the field Responsible for assessments/evaluations/reassessments/training/supervisor visits Will assist with LRV assessments Other (TBD)

 

 

 

Registered Nurse Clinical Specialist Responsibilities:

           

Current unrestricted RN license in state for which care is being provided Minimum one (1) year of case management experience preferred. Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience within a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, preferred. With Reliable transportation with auto insurance Clean background and no criminal record Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.

Work setting:

 

In home services/ Office

 

Weekly Schedule:

Day shift - typical office hours 8-5, but could extend if situation requires Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
