space Under the direction and general supervision of the Nurse Manager the registered nurse utilizes evidence based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act policies and procedures of you will use many different modalities to treat the highest acuity patients in an acute hospital setting The RN will work in collaboration with highly skilled healthcare providers to deliver quality care to the most critically ill patients The dialysis RN will experience dialyzing patients in multiple settings including our five ICUrsquos five step down units ER Med Surgical units Medicine units
