Responsibilities and Duties + General Orientation of all new employees + Clinical Competency training and evaluation of nursing staff + Coordination of guest educators for programs, such as IVs and Respiratory + Implementation of education programs for Certified Nursing Assistants per the education calendar + In-service education of all employees as needed.
