What You'll Do as a Registered Nurse (RN):\n
As a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) at Pheasant Ridge, you will play a key role in the daily care of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:\n\nProviding direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and implementing personalized care plans\nAssessing residents' needs and responding promptly to changes in their condition\nMaintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with safety and care protocols\nSupporting residents and their families, offering guidance and education throughout their care journey\nMentoring and leading less experienced staff, helping to foster a supportive and collaborative team environment\n\n
Your clinical expertise, problem-solving skills, and empathy will be essential in creating a nurturing environment where our residents feel safe, valued, and cared for.\n
What We're Looking for in You:\n
To succeed in this role, you should bring:\n\nCurrent RN license in the State of Virginia\nStrong clinical competencies in patient assessment and care management\nExceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare teams\nA compassionate, patient-centered approach to care\nProblem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure\nExcellent time management and organizational skills\nA strong commitment to safety, integrity, and quality care\n\n
