Functions as clinically competentexpert Delegates and supervises work appropriately Reports to Director Care ContinuumIn this position the nurse will complete the Pre Screening Call and complete preoperative chart reviews in Epic During this call the nurse will provide holistic nursing care for patientsfamiliescaregivers prior to hospitalization The nurse will be responsible for accurately obtaining assessing and identifying potential risks and barriers to expected outcomes Patient care will be provided in partnership with a provider including phlebotomy EKG and other preoperative
