Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse with Med Surg Intermediate Care to join our team!
The Registered Nurse is a professional who assumes the responsibility and accountability for the provision of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care provided that incorporates evidence-based practice. A key aspect of the work of Nursing is to continually improve the quality of nursing care by collecting and analyzing data.
HOURS: Part Time or 0.3 FTE, 24 hours every pay period. Varied shifts
Experience/Qualifications
Knowledge of patient care standards and practices normally acquired through completion of Bachelor's Degree in Nursing program. Master's Degree and/or certification in specialty area beneficial.BSN required, or actively working towards degree to be obtained within 4 years of the hire date in that role.Current CPR certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.Possesses an active Wisconsin RN nursing license.Two years’ experience in department/specialty necessary to enhance and develop skills, with previous experience in a supervisory, management, leadership or teaching capacity beneficial.Employee Benefits
Aspirus Wausau Hospital is the flagship of the Aspirus system that serves patients in 14 counties across northern and central Wisconsin, as well as the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
