MSH is the only psychiatric hospital in Montana that services people admitted from communities across the state. *Registered Nurse Leads*provide assistance and support to clients in maintaining a therapeutic environment. This position is responsible for monitoring and evaluating nursing services including providing immediate assistance, consultation and problem solving during crisis and high-risk situations. Coordinates and reviews investigation of unusual incidents, patient grievances, complaints and allegations of abuse; and supervising assigned staff and patience services.
