Registered Nurse - Late Afternoon Admissions Qualifications: + 1+ years of experience as a nurse in acute care, critical care, home health and/or hospice + Be able to support the interdisciplinary team by providing education, assessment documentation, and initial contact with patients and families being admitted to Hospice or Palliative Care. + An active, unencumbered state RN license + Current driver's license and auto liability coverage + CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical + Must have a reliable car for transportation Registered Nurse - Late Afternoon Admissions Schedule & Benefits: + Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM + No mandatory on-call required + Be part of a team willing to grow, listen, be heard, and be challenged. + Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO. + Set the industry bar for the standard of care. + Continuing Education Reimbursement. + Ability to grow into a variety of different roles inside our team and organization. + Competitive industry pay.
