Registered Nurse - Clinical Leader
**_Job Summary_** The Clinical Leader is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance and oversight of clinical staff providing in-home services to clients for Help at Home. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating the clinical operations for the Georgia market. This role focuses on delivery of high-quality client care and implementing best practices and guidelines to ensure that clinical standards are maintained. **This is a remote position where you will support Help at Home branches throughout the Georgia market. Candidates must reside in Georgia and hold an active Georgia or multi-state RN license to be considered for this position.** **_Essential Duties and Responsibilities_** + Ensures the company’s policies and practices comply with all requirements of Federal and State regulations for home care agencies and services as it pertains to clinical services. + Monitors activities required for Medicaid contract compliance and the state oversight agency. + Adheres to relevant trends, rules, and regulations in the industry, and makes recommendations to management for changes and improvements to enhance services or efficiency. Communicates required changes to members of the nursing team. + Monitors the state training programs for nursing employees to ensure completion of any mandatory in-service trainings and in response as required to implement correction actions. + Monitors State and Federal licensure requirements including CEs for all nursing staff. + Collects and assesses data and information related to service delivery needs, failures, and other risk areas, to determine process improvement, clinical experiences, and technologies. + Participates as a key stakeholder and main driver of clinical activities. + Partners with Operations and Intake in the development, evaluation, and implementation of clinical policies and procedures and brand building. + Oversees clinical operations of the market by monitoring incoming potential referrals and leads through marketing, on time submissions for required nurse visits, and communicating any clinical updates for all clinical operations. + Establishes, implements, and monitors productivity standards and specific KPIs for Clinical Services including timeframes for objective measurement of acceptable performance. + Develops, directs, and implements the delivery of current and new home care service programs to promote client and caregiver growth. + Promotes compliance and works with corporate leadership throughout the organization to strategically improve and integrate regulatory compliance into processes, systems, and employee awareness. **_Preferred Skills/Abilities_** + Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess situations and make accurate observations in the workplace. + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude to learn new applications. + Flexibility and ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high productive environment. + Ability to maneuver multiple databases in the collection and submission of information. **_Education and Experience_** + Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. + Active Georgia or multi-state RN license + Prior experience managing clinical staff + Five (5) years of healthcare experience: strong preference in home health/home care setting. + Three (3) years of quality/process improvement experience **_What We're Offering_** + Attractive base salary + Performance-based bonus + Benefits (health/dental/vision) + 401(k) retirement plan + Paid time off + Paid and floating holidays + Remote work flexibility
