Position: Registered Nurse
Shift: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd (Flexible) Hours: 8-hour or 12-hour shifts available
Type: Full-Time Mode: Direct Placement Pay: $40hr - $50hr (Dependent on experience)

Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their healthcare team. This is a Direct Placement position with our key healthcare client. To be considered for this role, you must have 2-5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing care plans. Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and adjust care plans as needed. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care. Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and preventive healthcare. Monitor and operate medical equipment to ensure patient safety and comfort. Document patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records (EMR). Adhere to all healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and ethical guidelines.

Requirements:

Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN). Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and patient-care skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
