Job Summary: Provide professional nursing care to patients for the Department of OB/GYN. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs in the practice. Manage telephone communications with patients, providers, staff, insurance companies, and other outside entities and document such in EMR system. Triage patient calls and perform other clinical duties in office as needed. Minimum Qualifications: NYS licensed/registered RN. Prior experience in an outpatient setting (specialty area) strongly preferred. Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required. Preferred Qualifications: At least one year of recent OB/GYN experience preferred. Epic EMR knowledge preferred Work Days: Monday - Friday shift will vary between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Message to Applicants: Shift hours have been updated as of 6/26/24 Our benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, eligibility for employer 401k funding after 1 year (3% quarterly/5% annual on vesting schedule), tuition reimbursement, generous paid time off, including vacation and personal time, paid sick leave, holidays and floating holidays.
