Clara's House is a Partial Hospitalization Program for children and adolescents who may have emotional, behavioral and psychiatric difficulties. The goal of this treatment program is to assess and stabilize symptoms of depression, anxiety, impulsivity and behavioral issues in children and adolescents. As a Registered Nurses at Clara's House, you will provide patient and family centered care through The Compass: St. Cloud Hospital’s Nursing Professional Practice Model to achieve the hospital mission of improving the health and quality of life that reflects the healing mission of Jesus. As an RN, you will support and implement patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate.

Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $37.27 per hour Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $38.20 per hour Master’s in nursing starting at $39.16 per hour Pay range: $37.27 - $55.91 per hour College grant programs available! Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN required within three years of hire) Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Minnesota Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card Workplace Violence training will be providedSpecial Requirements:
American Nurses Association (ANA) Psychiatric – Mental Health Certification preferred
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) initial and on-going Training required and provided
Due to licensure requirements pertaining to children’s residential facilities, staff who supervise residents at Recovery Plus Adolescent or Clara’s House must be at least 21 years old.
For any persons who will be employed in a Recovery Plus or Mental Health Partial programs, and who have direct client contact must have been free of substance use problems for at least the two years immediately preceding their hiring and must sign a statement attesting to that fact. Substance use problems includes the following:
Receiving treatment for substance use, including medication assisted treatment Criminal activity related to substance use Substance use that has a negative impact on the employee’s job performance Substance use that affects the credibility of the treatment services with clients, referral sources or other members of the community; and symptoms of intoxication or withdrawal on the job
