No weekends required.** **Location: Baystate Noble Hospital** **Why Baystate Noble Hospital?** Baystate Noble Hospital is an 89-bed acute care community hospital helping people in the greater Westfield community and offers direct access to world-class technology, diagnostics, and specialists. **Job Description** + The Nurse Clinician has extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology and nursing techniques relate to the assessment and treatment of chronic wounds. + The Nurse Clinician is a diploma nurse with demonstrated clinical expertise who reports directly to the Practice Manager. + The Nurse Clinician works collaboratively with the staff and the providers to deliver care and education to the Wound Care patients and their families. + The Nurse Clinician works directly with the staff and providers to assist with clinical decision making/problem solving and to provide hands on treatment of the patient with chronic wounds in the ambulatory setting. + The Nurse Clinician acts as a role model to the other staff members.
