    -Prepare/oversees an initial nutritional assessment of all admitted residents.
-Participates in assuring that regular and therapeutic diet menus are nutritional adequate and by the approval facility diet manual.
- Coordinate weekly weights, meal patterns, nourishments, meal supplements intake and consistency appropriates, intake study results, documentation requirements and tube feed reviews.
-Counsel and educate patients, family members and facility personnel on proper therapeutic and essential nutrition
-Monitor patient's meals, nourishments, supplement intake and consistency appropriateness
-Work in conjunctions with the food service director to ensure that policy and procedures are current and reviewed annually
