Senior Vice President, Sales US & LATAM

Your role and responsibilities

As the Regional Vice President of Sales - West, you will organize and direct ELIP’s (Electrification Installation Products) field sales western districts and areas. This role involves planning and executing sales activities to achieve maximum profitable volume while maintaining acceptable selling costs. ELIP specializes in manufacturing electrical construction materials for commercial construction, including products designed for service applications and environments exposed to moisture and corrosion.While this is a full-remote position, successful candidates will be located in a major metro area in the western United States. This role is contributing to the Electrification Installation Products division in the United States. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tOperational Excellence: Establish and maintain rigor, consistency, and a business cadence to drive team performance and achieve results, even under challenging market conditions.•\tStrategic Planning: Identify growth opportunities and tailor strategic sales plans and resource allocation to enhance top-line growth and market share.•\tSales Performance: Exhibit a proven track record of setting and achieving ambitious sales targets and stretch goals.•\tCustomer Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding and addressing their current and future needs.•\tNegotiation Expertise: Apply deep negotiation skills to navigate ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and gain buy-in from stakeholders.•\tIncentive Alignment: Align incentive programs and reward systems with key business metrics to drive performance.•\tTechnical Aptitude: Possess the technical understanding to position solutions effectively within the product category and adapt to emerging technologies as needed.•\tValue Proposition Development: Develop, articulate, and execute compelling value propositions and strategies based on a clear understanding of buying criteria.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s degree from an accredited university required, preferably in STEM field\tIndustrial Product Sales Experience: Minimum of 10 years.\tSales Team Management: At least 7 years of experience successfully managing sales teams (internal and external). \tIndustry Experience: Experience selling into electrical or heavy industrial markets.\tP&L Responsibility: Experience managing and delivering results according to a sales plan.\tCross-Functional Experience: Experience in roles such as product management/marketing, custom manufacturing solutions center (CMSC), supply chain, operations, engineering, or program management.\tAbility to travel as needed throughout the territory.
