Regional Vice President, Sales - East / Central USA (*eligible work locations)
About The RoleAs the Regional Vice President, Sales you will be responsible for growing and leading our sales business across our major regions. This is a hands-on leadership role that manages a team of Directors and Managers. The role drives the planning and implementation of sales strategies, growth targets and overall attainment of retail value through the assigned regions. This person will be tasked with growing the assigned region working closely with merchandising, marketing and retail partners to deliver profitable supply for TRR. As a key member of the sales leadership team, the Regional Vice President, Sales will be responsible for maintaining the highest ethical and business standards.

What You Get To Do Everyday

Manage and lead a large org (200+) of sales representatives and sales leaders, delivering on monthly sales quotas

Develop strong leaders who can capably and consistently drive performance from their sales teams

Successfully hold leaders accountable for teams’ performance

Set vision for their group, motivating and inspiring peak performance

Develop and implement strategic plans and company policies, maintain open dialogue with stakeholders, and drive organizational success

Direct and assist in securing luxury product from discerning clientele to meet monthly quotas

Develop and execute plan for hiring, training, and performance evaluations to ensure sales quotas are achieved

Manage cross-functional relationships with Merchandising, Marketing and Operations to offer support and problem solve

Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations

Work with cross-functional business units to achieve and exceed territory goals

Advise and develop sales and prospecting techniques to generate new business and achieve monthly quotas

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long term goals

Represent company at events to promote consignment service

Partner with private clients, organizations and businesses to develop relationships that result in product acquisition and referrals

Recommend and approve budget, expenditures, and appropriations for prospecting and sales efforts  in partnership with Head of Sales

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

15+ years leadership experience

Run $500M+ Business (or business unit)

Entrepreneurial mindset

Effective written, visual, and verbal communication skills

P&L Management

Ability to travel 20%

Preferred Requirements:

Previous experience selling luxury goods and/or services 

Ability to discuss and advise customers on general fashion trends and developments in the luxury market

Experience with Salesforce highly preferred

Education in Business Administration or related field

E-Commerce and retail leadership experience a plus 

Experience in a consumer driven marketplace a plus

The expected salary range for this role is $220,000-$260,000. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
