Regional Throughput Engineer Description: **Position Title:** Regional Throughput Engineer **Pay Rate** : $107,680 – $154,800 _Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual plan._ **Physical Location** : To be located in California. Supporting seven facilities. **The Job You Will Perform:** The Regional Continuous Improvement Manager will work closely with a variety of different groups and departments within North American Packaging Solutions, but will report directly to the Region General Manager with functional reporting to the Area Manufacturing Manager. The Regional Throughput Engineer’s responsibility is to increase the overall productivity of the region by analyzing facility performance utilizing key metrics: Corrugator MSF/hour, Converting MSF/hour, maintenance budget, and electrical & mechanical downtime. The Regional Throughput Engineer will also have influence in assisting the region on capital allocation decisions and defining implementation strategies. This position will require approximately 60% travel to the region’s facilities.
