Job Summary

Technical Manager poultry specialization in our Animal Nutrition Russia team responsible for CIS region. The successful candidate will be skilled at developing strong relationships by understanding the customer’s technical needs in poultry particular and challenges and how to support with IFF products and solutions and ultimately their receptiveness to IFF solutions.

Generate growth of sales, sustain and protect current business via technical penetration, and service.Offer nutrition advice and recommendations to distributors and customers based on our portfolio’s value propositions and product benefits.Effective management and exchange of product research/application data/information and assay data to distributors and customers.Manage in-vivo trials and technology tests with contracted research institutes as well as key customers to demonstrate the quality and the efficacy of IFF products, liaising with the Technical Services Leaders as necessary.Conduct feed manufacturing trials in customer’s house/provide recommendations/consultancy to the customers in the complex field of feed technology.Effective training and development of distributors to continuously strengthen their value selling capability.Work with QA/QC, Manufacturing, Regulatory and Industry Team as appropriate in resolving product-related customer complaints, supply chain issues etc.Provide technical support to distributors and customers to win and/or sustain sales in line with objectives & targets from the regional business strategy.Effective and proactive communication with distributors and customers to make them successful.Support product regulatory compliance for the territory and assisting in technical matters related to product registration in the territory.Regular reporting on technical service and development, market opportunities and competitive intelligence.Support AN team sales target for the territory with support from the broader Industry TeamActive participation and public presentations in relevant local and international conferences, customer seminars and trade shows, assist in generating external and internal publications
