Your Role
As a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support recruitment efforts across Gensler’s LATAM region. In this mid-level role, you will focus on sourcing and recruiting for a range of positions—including technical and specialized roles—while enhancing the candidate experience and supporting regional growth. You’ll work closely with senior TA partners, hiring managers, and HR to contribute to talent strategies and help strengthen recruitment processes.
What You Will Do
Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development:
Support talent mapping and proactive sourcing for key roles using LinkedIn and other platforms.Collaborate with recruitment agencies and professional networks to build diverse talent pipelines.Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and communication strategies.Candidate Experience:
Coordinate efforts to maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Support communication strategies and tools to ensure timely and professional candidate interactions.Assist in tailoring candidate messaging to align with local cultural nuances.Recruitment Process Execution:
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and coordinate interview logistics.Participate in interview debriefs and candidate evaluations.Help ensure consistency in hiring practices across the region.Collaboration with HR and Onboarding Teams:
Work alongside HR partners to ensure alignment between hiring needs and talent development efforts.Support onboarding processes to create a smooth transition for new hires.Contribute feedback from the recruitment process to enhance retention strategies.Metrics and Reporting:
Track key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate quality.Support preparation of hiring reports and dashboards for TA and HR leadership.Assist in identifying areas for process improvement based on data insights.Regional Support and Market Awareness:
Provide recruitment support for regional growth initiatives.Maintain awareness of local talent trends and help build relationships with universities and professional associations.Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.7+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, ideally across multiple LATAM countries.Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Workday strongly preferred), Excel, and reporting tools.Solid knowledge of interview techniques, employment laws, and best practices across LATAM.Experience in offer negotiation and managing complex or senior-level searches.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Committed to providing a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience.Life at Gensler
