We are looking for a Regional Support Specialist (RSS) to join our team and add value to our real estate agent’s experience. In this role, you will provide critical administrative, operational, and customer service support to our Coldwell Banker Real Estate branch offices, leaders, and agents. The RSS will work primarily in one location and will occasionally be asked to support other local offices. The RSS is a dynamic, self-motivated coach whose primary responsibility is to help our agents live exceptional lives by being a subject matter expert in all Coldwell Banker business building and industry tools. Additionally, the RSS will host one on one and small group training, support the Managing Broker with agent recognition, act as an accountability coach for the agents and be an in-office culture champion.
Responsibilities:
Coaching to Confidence:
In collaboration with the Managing Broker, provide coaching to agents on business plan development and execution. Provide guidance on business building opportunities and assist with company tools and processes Support agents with building relationships in office and with our affiliated partners Act as an accountability coach by following up with agents after Managing Broker has worked with them on business plans and goals Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting our offices, promoting the teams available to support them in their business
Agent Support
Support Agents with any technology, process, or operationally related questions Promote a friendly, inclusive office culture that reinforces our agent value proposition Lead a seamless, comprehensive and supportive onboarding and training process while working with Agent Onboarding team to ensure a successful agent onboarding process.
Branch Leader Support
Support and collaborate with Managing Broker to create and maintain office promotional items, sales meetings, in office events, regional events/meetings, agent recognition, new agent orientations and office culture Be a customer service champion for all agents, employees and vendors that use the offices Operate with a “concierge” mentality to support our agents with their daily needs
Office Organization
In collaboration with facilities and IT partners, ensure all items in the office remain in working order and the office operates smoothly Ensure needed office supplies are sufficiently stocked and organized, mail is distributed Greet and direct agents/customers
Production Power
Act as a subject matter expert and provide training on Coldwell Banker marketing programs, systems, tools, social media, etc.. Champion the use of our affiliated support partners and reinforce the value with all of our agents including new agent affiliations
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years experience in a professional setting with a strong customer first approach; Prior Real Estate office experience preferred Experience with marketing support, including marketing tools and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram) Exceptional customer service skills with strong communication skills Technologically inclined to support basic operating systems including PCs and Macs and ability to navigate computer software Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including mail merges) and Adobe programs Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences, including agents, branch managers, and operational support teams Customer focused, delivery oriented, ability to multi-task, able to manage deadlines Willingness to be “nimble” and adjust priorities, as needed Ability to travel to additional offices in the region on an as needed basis Bi-Lingual preferred ( Spanish)
