Here at Vertu Mercedes Benz, we have a fantastic opportunity for a an experienced Service Advisor to come and join our division as a Regional Service Advisor.

We are offering a £35,000 basic salary with an OTE of £45,000 plus company benefits. This role is a full time permanent role across 45 hours per week Monday-Friday 8am-6pm with Saturdays paid as overtime, required as per the business needs.

As a Regional Service Advisor your role is vital in supporting across our Mercedes Benz dealerships. You will be required to support at any of our 5 sites located in Ascot, Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Reading and Slough. 

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.

For this role, it is essential that you have at least 12 months experience working in a main, franchised dealership and a proven, consistent working background. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.
