Fully Remote Position

Hourly: $19.00/Hr-$22.00/Hr

Monday-Friday 5:00am-2:00pm (Central Time)

 

As a Regional Scheduler, this remote position involves a high-level of organization, time management and strong communication skills while overseeing and coordinating teammate’s schedules across multiple locations within a designated region.
 

This includes managing last-minute changes, resolving scheduling conflicts, and collaborating with regional leaders and center leadership (OM, CAA and BCBAs). This person loves solving puzzles. They are firm but kind, cool as a cucumber, and a trusted thought partner alongside center and regional leaders.

 

By working closely with center managers and team members, we aim to provide immediate access to care for all patients and families. Effective communication and problem-solving are key to ensuring a well-balanced schedule that meets both patient and team member needs.


Minimum Experience Required

1+ year of administrative / operational experience (i.e., ABC’s Clinic Admissions Associate)

 

Job Duties

Regional Schedulers must be available Monday-Friday 5:00am-2:00pm* (Work schedule could change based on demand and business need) 

Responsible for daily management of teammate callouts across 15+ locations

Responsible for managing the cross center coverage process for 15+ locations

Responsible for maintaining and updating center schedules and the daily staffing tracker appropriately based upon callouts / cross center coverage for 15+ locations

Responsible for training and onboarding new leaders (CDs, BCBAs, OMs, CAAs) into the regional scheduling process.  Serves as a subject matter expert for all  tools (e.g. ABA Schedules, Daily Staffing Tracker, etc.) and associated processes.

Responsible for auditing schedules, re-training leadership, and driving the implementation of scheduling best practices across 15+ locations to meet specified KPIs.

Keeps regional leadership abreast of critical activity within their region to include but not limited to:  1)  centers with critical staffing needs, and the plan to provide adequate support, 2)  centers who need assistance adhering to and implementing  scheduling best practices, 3)  support needed to ensure most optimal collaboration between schedulers and center teams

Ideation and creation of additional tools and training materials to improve the overall process

Identifies ways to improve regional scheduling tools and processes; actively participates in creating solutions
