Regional Sales Manager - HSC

Position summary: The primary duty of a Regional Sales Manager is to motivate, encourage and train the regional sales team to generate positive results by cultivating new leads and developing new sources for the sale of all company services. The Regional Sales Manager must possess excellent leadership qualities and be able to effectively coach and interact with all segments of the regional sales team and leadership. It is the Regional Sales Manager's responsibility to assist Home Evaluators and Service Professionals sell new business and to achieve monthly, quarterly and fiscal year sales goals. This position has a direct impact on and plays a huge part in the revenue growth of the company.\n

Essential Functions:\n\nUnderstand region sales budgets and motivate region sales team to meet or exceed quota\nProvide clear directions and training to achieve successful sales results based upon industry knowledge and experience\nThorough understanding of Arrow's Sales and Commission Guidelines and ability to communicate to regional sales team\nAssist, train and evaluate Home Evaluators and Service Professionals on sales techniques, graphs and paperwork\nAssist the RVP and SCMs conduct interviews for Home Evaluators and Service Professionals to bring in qualified sales staff in region's Service Centers\nPrepare and conduct sales meetings and conference calls with region sales team to promote and encourage sales\nReport to Management and document results and recommendations from field training evaluations\nPrepare and distribute daily\/monthly\/quarterly\/yearly regional sales results reports\nDevelop and nurture new and existing customer accounts working closely with Regional CCDs and ISSs for lead generation and to identify leads\nDevise sales strategies including competitive analysis and understanding market share\n\n

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\n\nExcellent leadership abilities and interpersonal skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nDesire to teach and train others\nKnowledge and ability to identify termites and other common pests\nKnowledge of inspection requirements and proper treatment methods for wood destroying organisms\/insects and common pests in residences, and commercial establishments\nKnowledge of residential and commercial construction and the proper treatment methods for each to achieve optimum results\nAbility to draw diagrams\/graphs and indicate problem areas of infestation\nKnowledge of various Arrow Exterminator products utilized for controlling\/eliminating termites and other common pests\nKnowledge of Lawn Care and Sentricon\nUnderstanding of STEPS Total Protection System, ability to propose and sell \"multiple services\"\nAbility and strong desire to cultivate, promote and maintain Real Estate Relations, Builder Services and Home Inspection company partnerships\n\n

Minimum Qualifications:\n\nProven and successful sales track record\nSome training\/teaching experience\nExcellent presentation skills and ability to deliver and conduct meetings for large audiences\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Pest Pac\nHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree Preferred\nKey Requirements:\nEmployee may travel up to 80% of time\nRegistered with Department of Agriculture or ability to pass and become registered\nThis position can be physically demanding.
