Tertiary education in Sales and Marketing or similar A minimum of 5 years Sales experience in a similar position A minimum of 3-5 years Management experience Experience in Lifting and Hoisting Equipment is an advantage Customer Service Training and knowledge Held a position in which daily customer interaction was part of the job Registered LMI is an advantage A proven track record of selling to target and delivering profitable growth is essential Local and Export Market knowledge Knowledge:
People Management Technical Skills Product Knowledge Product Applications Good Business Acumen Mechanical understanding of Engineering and Lifting Equipment CRM, Salesforce, Excel, Internet and Outlook Core Functions:
Sales Performance – Meet or exceed Monthly Sales Targets Develop and Maintain a Strong Customer Database Manage a Team Technical Problem Solving Product Training Consultation and Design Service Delivery Customer focus and maintain the customer relationship Tender and Quotes ISO Compliance and Quality Assurance
