Regional Sales Manager
Job Description

 

Danfoss, a global leader in HVAC/R, Industrial Automation, and Motion Controls has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager in its Food Retail business segment.  This individual will be responsible for growing sales and market share across existing accounts and generating new business with new accounts.  They will have end to end responsibility of sales pursuits.  Key responsibilities will include working across all departments including senior leadership at our existing and new customers.  Critical skills will include leverage resources across the organization to secure opportunity wins.  

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

Develop a comprehensive account plan for growth Develop new business at existing key accounts Develop new business at non Danfoss accounts in their designated region  Develop relationships at C suite level with existing and new key accounts Participate and engage in monthly business dialogue meetings Communicate internally with all stakeholders on business requirements for growth Responsible for developing and maintaining Danfoss value proposition Manage P&L at key accounts Manage and maintain a quality opportunity pipeline in Salesforce   Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

 

Bachelor degree in Business/Sales or equivalent experience More than five years of sales experience Strong business acumen C-Level management experience Understanding of the Food Retail, Energy Management, and HVAC/R industries  Capacity to work with and thru others in a matrixed organization Salesforce or equivalent experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Good command of the English language Ability to travel up at 60% Employee Benefits
