Regional Sales Executive

As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting Valet Living’s resident-facing amenities within the multifamily industry. We are seeking a quick learner who is self-competitive, empathetic, and highly skilled at reading people and situations. You will have the opportunity to work with a fun and tight-knit group of sales professionals and learn from hands-on mentorship.

In this role, you will play a critical role in generating, developing, and closing opportunities in a designated territory. You will be expected to identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients to drive revenue and maintain client retention while increasing revenue of existing clients. Additionally, you will build and nurture strong relationships with property, regional managers, property owners, and management groups.

Location: Field based in Nashville, TN and occasional travel to Memphis once or twice monthly.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary package with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $108,000 - $126,000 per year, which includes a base salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 plus uncapped monthly commission. OTE will vary based on performance.

Additionally, you will receive a monthly guarantee against your commissions to be disbursed during your ramp-up period.

Schedule: You are expected to allocate up to 70% of your working hours to a combination of remote work and traveling within your designated territory.

Auto allowance: As part of our auto allowance reimbursement program, you will be eligible to receive a fixed bi-weekly contribution, in addition to monthly variable mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients to drive revenue and achieve monthly closing targets in designated marketsMaintain client retention and increase revenue of existing clientsBuild and nurture strong relationships with property, regional managers, property owners, and management groupsRapidly build pipeline through developing relationships using networking via industry associations, email, and other outbound lead generation techniquesManage sales contact requests for our customers and provide follow-up on leadsPlay a vital role in transitioning a client to the operations team during launchConduct start-up orientations to review service objectives and opportunitiesMaintain weekly and monthly tracking and reporting through SalesforceEngage in personal and professional development

Qualifications:

Experience selling to the multifamily industry is preferredMinimum of 3 years experience in a business-to-business outside consultative sales environmentDrive and ambition with a proven track record of repeatedly exceeding sales objectivesProven ability to excel in split compensation structures (commission/base)Proficiency in Salesforce preferredAbility to gain conviction and leverage relationships through persuasiveness, negotiation, and influence to all levels of an organizationConsultative problem-solving skillsHighly effective oral and written communication skillsTime management, including organizing & planning skillsGuardian of company culture (ethics, brand builder, integrity)Commitment to continuous learningValid driver’s license

The final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
