Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities:
• Prospect, establish, and retain a customer base to support Textron Specialized Vehicles product lines.
• Forecast monthly vehicle sales via SIOP.
• Establish meaningful relationships with key customers within the region to drive sales.
• Provide input to the management team on development of new product or service features that will meet current and future customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments in the development and implementation of strategies, plans, and business models.
• Focus on increasing retail sales for products.
• Engage with customer base and territory manager on customer issues or large deals.
• Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered, and valued.
• Manage a remote team of sales managers with a focus on selling units to customers.
• Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives,
engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required
Years of Experience: 6 or more years of relevant experience required
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite
Travel Requirements: ability to travel 60% of time
