Regional Sales Administrative Associate
The incumbent will be responsible for preparation of reports and presentations for the Regional Sales Manager. She/he will
ensure administrative support and professional communication between the field force and other departments of the
Company.
As the Regional Sales Administrative Associate, you will provide:
Sales Administration Support: Manage office supplies, expenses, vehicle consumables, utility bills, mailing, travel bookings, branch meetings, and document processing Distributor Manager Support: Update statements of account, process market returns and claims, handle contracts, and coordinate mailing Field Force Capability Support: Validate and submit fieldwork tallies, process training-related payments, and handle purchase requisitions People & Culture Support: Assist with leave monitoring, overtime submissions, hiring processes, employee benefits, uniform distribution, and government form submissions Facility & Logistics Coordination: Manage staff housing requests, furniture purchases, branch upkeep, and disposal of scrap items Employee Engagement & Compliance: Execute employee events, monitor compliance-related requirements, and process employee death benefits
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred At least 2 years relevant experience in office administration and management Proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint, advance Excel, Word Good oral and written communication skills Basic knowledge of sales & distribution, trade marketing and market research would be anadvantage
