Regional Quality Manager - (New England Region)

**Description**
The Northeast Region Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the overall management and development of quality initiatives across all Northeast Region Global Practices and business lines. This involves many office locations in the Northeast Region to visit and build relationships including a variety of engineering and construction markets.
+ Responsible for the effective development and implementation of policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure successful project execution (design, procurement, construction, and commissioning).
+ Creation of quality manuals for different global practices (divisions or business lines)
+ Direction and creation to obtain ISO 9001 Compliance or Certification
+ Establish and communicate project requirements to the project management team so that quality objectives may be achieved.
+ Verify proper implementation of project quality programs.
+ Support projects from proposal to closeout with problem solving, standardized guidelines, quality programs and procedures, staff development, quality and continuous improvement tools.
+ Coordinate, monitor and implement training programs and administer global practice's training budget.
+ Confirm conditions adverse to quality are identified, documented, disposition and tracked through acceptance and closure.
+ Support the Corrective Action resolution process.
+ Recommend continuous improvement strategies.
+ Conduct performance-based audits.
+ Review and ensure compliance of subcontractor Quality Plans, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP's).
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma/GED and 11 years managing and implementing quality control procedures required
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, business, construction, procurement or related degree from an accredited program and 7 years relevant consulting experience preferred
+ Master's degree MBA preferred
+ Expert experience in investigating, evaluating, selecting, and driving the development of products for an organization.
+ Expert facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proven experience having led and completed projects from business proposal through post-production support preferred.
+ Demonstrated success as to budget, savings and/or profit margins in completed projects.
+ Ability to filter and distill relevant information and convey business and technical concepts to a diverse client base and internal technical teams.
+ Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead and manage.
+ Excellent planning and analytical skills.
+ Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
+ Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools including the use of Microsoft Project or equivalent.
+ Must be detailed oriented.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong computer and communications media skills.
+ Certified Welding Inspector-AWS Required.
**Compensation**
$130,000.00-280,000.00 Annually
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
