Are you a motivated, driven individual with a passion for radio, event planning, marketing, and promotions? If so, Audacy is seeking a talented Regional Promotions Manager to join our team!

 

Audacy is seeking an organized, detail oriented and outgoing professional to support our Promotions team with event coordination, promotions, contesting and prize fulfillment in Detroit and Cleveland. This position will focus heavily on event management and execution of station contesting and promotions, ensuring legal and FCC compliance, coordinating with Marketing Directors and acting as the point of contact for listeners and contest winners. In addition, this position will be managing events, event team and assist on-site with major station events. This position would also have some traveling between the Detroit and Cleveland Markets.

Responsibilities

Required & Preferred:

Execution of all contesting for stations in Detroit and Cleveland on air, online, via text and on site.Manage prizing and winner fulfillment processWrite and post online material terms for station contests, and work with Regional Marketing Directors on station promotionsWork with Regional Marketing Directors and corporate legal department to ensure contest and department compliance including but not limited to posting contest rules, material terms, maintaining contest files, and promotional agreements within company policyCoordinate with Sales, Programming, and third-party partners on prize and promotion detailsListener relations, such as answering emails, phone calls, following up with winners for prize fulfillment, and collecting/processing necessary paperworkWork closely with Regional Marketing Directors and Brand Managers to ensure stations positioning/branding is reflected in all marketing, imaging, promotions & digital mediaAssist with any contesting, social media copy, & graphic design for stations in Detroit and Cleveland as neededAssist with recaps for corporate promotional initiatives for the Detroit and ClevelandAttend sales and/or promotion meetings as well as other station meetings as neededManage event team, which includes coordination of Station Events, assist with set up and visibility when applicableAttend major station eventsOther marketing/promotional dept. duties as assigned by the Marketing Directors. Qualifications

Required & Preferred:

Minimum 2-year associate degree preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in promotions or marketing, preferably in the radio or media industry.A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and if applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance is required.First-rate organizational skills are a must to succeed in this positionExperience working in fast paced environment able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-taskMust have excellent writing skillsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and attend events as required About Us
