We are currently looking for a Regional Product Marketing Analyst to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.
To further strengthen our marketing efforts, we are seeking a motivated Regional Product Marketing Analyst to help drive product awareness and sales for Axalta’s Mobility business unit in Europe. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross- functional teams to create localized marketing campaigns that align with Axalta’s overall business objectives.
1. Key responsibilities:
- Product Marketing Development / Content Creation:
Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the regional audience, utilizing various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.).Assist in creating and managing content for internal and external communication channels, including brochures, newsletters, emails, and social media.- Market Analysis / Strategy:
Support the identification of customer trends and support with updating competitive analysis Support the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.Work closely with global marketing teams and other departments to ensure alignment between communication strategies, event planning, and overall business goals Assist in gathering, analyzing, and reporting on data related to internal communications, customer interaction and events- Collaboration:
Work with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.Collaborate with the regional and global marketing team to align messaging and promotional efforts.- Event Planning:
Organize and participate in regional events, trade shows, and promotional activities to engage with customers and prospects.Assist the extended business team in customer & external presentation preparation to convey information, ideas or data effectivelyCoordinate with internal teams, speakers, and external stakeholders to organize high-impact events such as conferences, product launches, and team-building activities Monitor and report on event success, including feedback collection and key metrics analysis.2. Key requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a corporate or industrial environment.Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, MS Power point).Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Ability to simplify and summarize complex informationStrong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools and graphic design softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.
