Regional Process Improvement Manager, Country ACES & Quality
The Regional ACES Managers are the ACES business partners of OPS Senior Regional Managers, and are responsible for the whole network of delivery stations in their region they operate. They manage multiple layers of management, they organize and lead business critical projects focused on reinforcing standard work, replicating best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

The RAM is responsible to drive operational excellence by leveraging standard work compliance. To optimize processes, they sponsor lead kaizen/continuous improvement projects (bottom up) and operational excellence/change management/audit (top down) initiatives to reduce variance between sites and drive network level improvements, on local and IT level.
They are responsible to ensure their network is executing their standard work, removing barriers and collaborate with stakeholders to solve large scale business problems. They are the owners and the Country ACES interface and work with senior leaders in SLT to agree, prioritize, plan and coordinate the Country ACES Roadmap, making trade-offs between opportunity and resources.

The manager is expected to provide deep expertise in multiple functions, tool and process standards while having well settled management skills and Strategic management.

Crucial for the role is to understand how to identify opportunities and make a true business impact, interacting and influencing other teams to ensure coordination of efforts and obtain buy-in as needed


Key job responsibilities
· Scope, plan and implement large scale and long term strategic programs
· Work closely with partner teams and stakeholders to identify the business needs and enable the solutions implemented at scale.
· Prioritize and make trade-off decisions balancing customer experience and business value.
· Manage/influence teams and stakeholders to meet defined milestones and delivery dates.
· Own reporting on the state of initiatives, measuring improvements and impact of changes.
· Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns.
· Set-up mechanisms to audit and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives.
